I live here at Southpoint Villas and have been very happy with my new home. I have friendly neighbors and feel safe in this ... community. The apartment complex is clean and well maintained, repairs to the premises have been prompt. It’s a nice place to live. My experience with the maintenance crew is positive. I’ve had a couple of service calls and my repairs have been quick and thorough. I’ve known the same management team since I moved in and really have no complaints over these past six months. Both the manager and assistant manager have been very friendly and responsive to any concerns I’ve had. I’m counting on them to keep up the good work. Seeing other reviews here about the trash collection. Yes, it can be a problem during the terrible weather we’ve had. Bad weather has shut down trash collection to many homes. Southpoint Villas is a great place to live. I haven’t had any issues since moving in last year. I have the updated 2b 2b ... on the 3rd floor. The stairs are bearable. It’s a quiet community! All of my neighbors are nice and thoughtful. I love the fact the complex has affordable covered parking. I also love the lockers for packages. It makes it so convenient for me to be able to get my packages whenever i have time. I have not had a chance to use the gym but I hear the equipment is in really good condition. I love the pool area. We moved into these apartments through Covid- apartment unseen and trusted the staff with their recommendations for our needs. ... Moved in- and truly the most amazing staff and maintenance community. We have become close with many of tenets, they are like family here. Everyone is polite. We have never had a security issue, we have always felt very safe! I would recommend South Point Villas to anyone including my family and friends. We now have to say good by due to we built a home and it’s time to move in on our mew journey. It’s a bitter sweet moment. As we love everyone here- but our journey must go on.
